The ultimate cupping spoon that unleashes the barista's senses.
In cupping, coffee is judged comprehensively based on multiple factors, such as sweetness, acidity, bitterness, aroma, and aftertaste. Concentrate all your senses and evaluate the coffee in front of you. At that moment, no excessive design is needed. It does not inhibit the barista's senses, but rather unleashes them. ORIGAMI aimed to create such a supreme cupping spoon. The
white spoon is evaluated while looking at the color of the coffee, and the black spoon is evaluated by hiding the color of the coffee for a blind effect, focusing on the flavor.
