India Compound is a pure oriental blend suitable for espresso and its drinks consisting of India, Indonesia and Ethiopia. Its main ingredient is the Malabar coffee, which is aged from India.
The method of aging coffee has been discovered by navigation boats when coffee is exposed to the moisture of seasonal cyclones and then dried. In this way, they discovered that the aging process in this way inflates the coffee grains, gives them some sweetness and reduces their acidity. The ancient Malabar element inspired us with this name, which reminds us of the history of our ancestors who worked on shipping lines with India and passed through these seasonal cyclones during the coffee trade and other countries of the Levant.
This mixture is characterized by high sweetness, light acidity and a silky texture with a thick foam.
