Mexico  "s distinctive crop comes from the State of Mexico, Chiapas region.

This coffee was grown at an altitude of 900-1700 meters above sea level. 

Mexico crop belongs to the strains of Bourbon, Maracatora and Catimor, and processed by the washed method.

لإعداد الاسبريسو الخالص يفضل ان يكون الاستخلاص عند درجة حرارة 91 درجة مئوية مع ترطيب لخمسة ثواني ، بكمية 36 مل ، و لمدة  تتراوح بين 26 الى 30  ثانية .
